| 摘 要： | 针对油套管螺纹区的结构特点和缺陷特征,介绍了几种油套管螺纹区漏磁检测的实验方法、装置和实验结果。对远场磁场检测方法、带浮动的以及不带浮动的开放式漏磁检测方法进行了对比分析,总结出了一种方便、可行的油套管螺纹漏磁检测方法。

| Abstract: | According to the configuration and failure characters of tubing and casing thread area, several thread inspection methods, experimental equipment and result based on the MFL(Magnetic Flux Leakage) are introduced and analyzed, including the remote magnetic field inspection, opening magnetic field inspection with or without floating probe. Finally, a kind of convenient and feasible tubing and casing thread inspection method is put forward. |
