基于功能表面的概念设计产品模型研究

为解决功能向结构映射存在的多解性、不确定性等问题，引入功能表面作为功能到结构映射的媒介。在描述功能表面和产品功能模型的基础上，构建了一种机械产品概念设计产品模型（功能-功能表面-结构），实现了功能到结构的稳定映射关系。该模型可用于开发计算机辅助设计工具来支持机械产品概念设计过程，实例验证了该产品模型的有效性。

Research on Product Model of Conceptual Design Based on Functional Surface

In order to solve the problems concerned with multi-solutions and uncertainty related to function-to-form mapping process, functional surface was introduced as the medium from function to form mapping. A product model (function-functional surface-form) for conceptual design of mechanical products was created by describing functional surface model and function model, then the steady mapping relationship from function to form was realized.And it is helpful to develop computer aided design tools to support the conceptual design process of mechanical products. Finally, an example is applied to verify the validity of the product model.
