摘    要:本文将专家系统技术与电力网参数检测系统相结合提出了基于专家系统主电力系统分析与诊断系统,它根据电网的实时检测数据,对电力系统进行分析并自动提出改进蝶网的方案和有关的设计参数。

Abstract:This article presents an expert system for power systems that combines the power system parameter testing circuitry and a reasoning machine with a knowledge base. The parameter testing circuitry is designed based on the instantaneous reactive power theory, which provides better results than the traditional methods for collecting data on power systems under three phase current imbalance and harmonic distortion. Four major factors that affect power network quality and power dissipation have been identified: voltage stability, reactive power compensation, harmonic distortion elimination and three phase current balance. Factual and modeling data concerning the power network have been input into the knowledge base and inference rules have been established. The empirical results demonstrated that the self learning reasoning machine of the system was able to propose plans for compensatory devices and device parameters that could improve the efficiency of the testing power network.
