| 摘 要： | 介绍钢丝预变形器的定义、结构及应用。在常见钢丝预变形器中,以点接触18/300钢丝绳捻股机预变形器为例,介绍点接触钢丝绳钢丝预变形器的安装及调整,给出结构图。钢丝绳预变形器可由点接触改制为线接触,并介绍点接触18/300钢丝绳捻股机预变形器改制为线接触钢丝绳预变形器过程。以圆股西鲁式结构6×19S线接触钢丝绳钢丝预变形器为例,介绍线接触钢丝绳钢丝预变形器的使用效果及发展前景,给出结构图。
