深水半潜式钻井平台总体强度分析

摘    要:以某新型第六代深水半潜式钻井平台为分析对象,依据三维绕射理论计算波浪诱导载荷与运动,采用谱分析法确定设计波参数,进行了自存、作业等装载情况下21个波浪工况的波浪载荷预报,并建立三维有限元模型完成了平台结构总体强度分析。结合波浪载荷预报及结构分析结果,提出了计算工况选取原则及控制总体强度的关键因素,可为今后深水半潜式平台的结构设计、总体强度分析、选取疲劳强度典型节点及形式优化提供参考。

Abstract:Global strength analysis of a sixth generation deep-water semi-submersible platform is demonstrated in this paper.Wave induced loads and platform motion are calculated by means of three-dimensional diffraction method.The parameters of design wave are obtained by spectrum analysis method.Wave load prediction of 21 wave load conditions in three different situations is described.At the same time,three-dimensional FEM model is established to analyze structure general strength of the platform.Combining with wave...
