| 摘 要： | 全面分析研究了软件可靠性,提出对于软件产品的开发和研制必须像对待"硬件"产品一样,进行工程化、规范化和制度化的管理,加强可靠性技术和管理方法和理论的研究与实践,严格各种管理规定和制度,加强可靠性管理,从而提高软件产品的可靠性能力和水平。

| Abstract: | The software reliability is comprehensively studied.The development of software products is proposed to be managed in terms of engineering,standardization,and institutionalization.It is also suggested that study and practice should be intensified for the technologies and management of software reliability,and administrative regulations should be rigorously enforced so as to raise the level of reliability of software products. |
