顺流双效HGL精馏装置的优化设计

摘    要:根据回流比的变化,对顺流双效HGL精馏实验装置中两精馏塔的进料位置进行了优化.对设备费用进行估算以完成理论板数与费用的关联,进而得出拟建实验装置中精馏塔适宜的理论板数.最终确定了两精馏塔的设备参数,并验证了对设备费用的估算.

Abstract:By analyzing the changes of reflux ratio, the optimum feed positions within the two distillation columns in the experimental device for double-effects distillation HGL of forward feed was determined. Equipment expense was estimated to correlate the number of theoretical stage with cost. Furthermore, the suitable number of the theoretical stage of the two distillation columns in the experimental device was determined. Finally, equipment parameters were determined and the estimate of equipment expense was confirmed.
