往复泵阀运动规律的研究

摘    要:指出了往复泵阀运动规律推导过程及定义阀开启滞后角、滞后升高存在的问题.分析了产生问题的原因。对往复泵考虑魏斯特法尔现象时阀的运动进行了研究,得到阀的升程、速度、加速度运动规律,魏斯特法尔现象影响阀关闭时的滞后升高,但不影响阀开启滞后角。

Abstract:The existing problems on original kinematical analysis, on definition of Valve-Unseal-Delay angle, and on definition of Valve-Delay-Height of reciprocating pump valve were pointed out, also the analyses were made to find out the reasons. A study of kinematics of reciprocating pump valve was made with consideration of the Westphal phenomena, obtained the rule of height, velocity, and acceleration of the valve. The conclusions show that Westphal phenomena influences Valve-Seal-Delay Height, but has little effect on Valve-Unseal-Delay angle.
