摘    要:本文介绍PE吹塑农用兰光母料及兰光膜的研制。通过试验,确定了兰光母料的最佳配方,母料中光转换剂C_(26)H_(16)的用量为0.06~0.08%。并以母料与基体树脂1∶25的配比原材料,吹塑成兰光膜。此膜在光照不足的弱光照射下(2万LUX以下)光透过率>75%;存放13个月后物理机械性能未出现明显变劣趋势;其耐水浸渍性较好,完全可满足播种、移栽、整个育秧生长期的实际使用期限。该膜不仅是水稻育秧专用膜,而且还可用于玉米、红薯、西瓜等作物的增产增收。

Abstract:The development of blue light color masterbatch and blue light agricultural PE blown film is described in this paper. The optimun formulation for the masterbatch was determined by tests, the content of light conversion agent (anthraquinone, etc) in the masterbatch was 0.06-0.08%. A blue light PE blown film was made from the masterbatch and basic resin, with a blending ratio of 1:25. When the sunlight was not strong (less than 20000 Lux), the light transmitance of the film was>75%; the phasical properties of the film did not change obviously after 13 months Of storage; the film had good water retting resistance and could be used through the whole growing period, from sowing to transplanting. The film could be used not only during the rice shoot growing period, but also the maize shoot, sweet potato shoot and watermelon shoot growing period, resulting in high yields.
