| 摘 要： | 通过管线长距离运输天然气、石油是能源运输的主要方式。出于降低成本的需要,天然气运输管线的工作压力不断提高,这就要求应用X80或更高级别的管线钢。本文主要从成分设计、工艺设计以及性能分析等方面,论述了Φ1016mm×22.0mm管线用X80热轧钢板的研制。

| Abstract: | Long distance natural gas and oil transmission pipeline is a major way for the energy transportation. For the need of lower costs, the working pressure of the natural gas transmission pipe line is constantly increased, which requires the application of X80 or higher strength grade pipeline steel. The paper elaborates the development of X80 hot rolled steel plate for Φ1 016 mm× 22.0 mm pipeline from many aspects of chemical composition design, process design and performance analysis. |
