| 摘 要： | 用ＡＩＣ准则对分光光度法显色反应酸度、显色剂用量、显色时间的选择作了较为详细的研究，找出影响显色反应的主要因素，及其之间的相互关系。优选出最佳显色反应条件，使分光光度法的测定结果更加精确。

| Abstract: | Discussed in this paper is the AIC criterion applied to selecting the acidity, the color reagent and the color time of spctro-photometric analysis. It explores the major factors affecting color reaction and their intrrelations. The best color reaction conditions, which result in satisfactory spectrophotometric analysis have been optimized. |
