| 摘 要： | 开发建设项目速成新的水土流失，对土地资源、地表水水质等产生严重影构。由于在工程实施过程中缺乏有效的工程监理，使得水土流失防治措施效果受到一定程度的制约。本文在论述水土保持工程监理的作用、特点及未来发展趋势的基础上，通过对水土保持监理的内容和方法、水土保持监理的设立形式等分析，提出了实施水土保持监理的建议。
