| Abstract: | Teacher's belief is people's confirming and believing on educating ideal,educating view,educating theory and the basic educating stand.It is the teacher's spiritual guide in daily life,and it influences teacher's acting and direction of developing directly.During the training of the teachers,we shall develop and perfect teachers' belief from the aspect of action reflection and school-based cultivating. |
