纳米CaCO3增强增韧聚乙烯母粒的开发与应用

摘    要:介绍了一种将纳米CaCo3填充到LDPE中制成母粒,并应用到节水滴灌输水软管中的工艺.结果表明纳米CaCo3对PE输水软管有着明显的增韧增强效果,纳米CaCo3用量达到8%时,软管缺口冲击强度达到最大值58.9 kJ/m2,同时,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率也达到最大值分别为43.62 MPa和824.8%,并且在加工时可使树脂的流动速率增加.

Abstract:The technology for the preparation of LDPE masterbatch by filling LDPE with nano-meter CaCO_3 and the application of the prepared LDPE masterbatch to the production of the hose for water-saving dripping-irrigation were studied. The result showed nano-meter CaCO_3 had obvious effect on the reinforcing and toughening of PE hose. When the content of nano-meter CaCO_3 was 8%, the notched impact strength could come up to 58.9 kJ/m 2, the tensile strength and elongation at break were up to 43.62 MPa and 824.8% respectively,and the flow rate of the resin during processing was increased.
