间歇小本体聚丙烯专用N型高效催化剂的工业应用

摘    要:详述了间歇小本体聚丙烯专用N型高效催化剂的工业应用情况,并与CS-1型、N型高效催化剂进行了比较,结果显示,专用N型催化剂活性高,可达70kg/g(每克催化剂生产的聚丙烯量),其对丙烯中杂质的适应能力强,该催化剂的温控操作性最佳;利用专用N型催化剂生产的聚丙烯等规度适中,可以满足用户的要求,同时其主要原材料消耗低于使用CS-1型及N型催化剂的原料消耗

Abstract:The process and results of industrial application of special N-type high activity catalyst for batch bulk polypropylene plant have been introduced in detail and compared with those of CS-l and N-type high activity catalysts.It is found that special N-type catalyst is the most active of the three,and its activity is up to 70 kg PP per gm catalyst.This catalyst has stronger ability to withstand the impurities in propylene,even though the purity of propylene is not so high,its activity is up to 50 kg PP per gm catalyst.It has the best operability of temperature control.With a low raw material consumption and with polypropylene produced having a moderate isotactic index able to meet users needs,special N-type catalyst has good prospects for wide applications.
