相控阵天线多通道并联噪声系数分析

摘    要:有源相控阵天线由多个通道组成,而噪声电平和相控阵天线通道噪声系数相关。通道增益高会放大噪声电平,进而降低雷达作用距离。文中结合相控阵天线不同长度链路特性,对相控阵天线多通道并联噪声系数进行了详细的理论分析和推导,为相控阵天线链路的设计提供了理论指导。给出的实例印证了公式的正确性,得到了对工程设计有指导意义的结论。

Abstract:Active phased array antenna is made up of multi-channels. Noise-level is closely related to noise figure of active phased array antenna, noise-level is magnified by high gain channels and then radar detection range is deduced by noise-level. In this article, combined with link characteristics of phased array antenna with various lengths, noise figure of parallel multi-channels of phased array antenna is analyzed in detail and deduced theoretically, this provides a theory guide for chain design in phased array antenna. An applied example is given to verify the accuracy of the formula, which shows that our design has directive meaning to engineering project.
