| 摘 要： | 本文研究了氢化物发生—原子吸收光谱法测定硒的适宜条件,考察了多种离子对硒测定的干扰情况,提出了消除某些过渡金属对硒测定干扰的方法。本方法用于851口服液测定时,对于含硒4μg/L 左右的样品,全程相对标准偏差<14%,加标回收率为93～108%。

| Abstract: | This paper discribed the determination of microelement Se in 851 oral liquid by Hy- dride Generation-AAS.The interferences of transition elements on the analysis of Se could by overcomed by adding Fe~(++) and EDTA.The precision of the method was<14% for the sample in which Se concentration was around 4μg/L.The recovery was 93～108%. |
