立辊轧制新工艺试验研究

摘    要:为改善中厚钢板轧制平面形状,有效控制窄板坯轧制宽中厚钢板鼓形度,减少切边、切头尾损耗,秦皇岛首钢板材有限公司结合装机设备特点开发了立辊轧制新工艺,实施立辊挤板坯头尾和钢板边部进行修正轧制,改善了中厚钢板轧制的平面形状,减少了切损,提高钢材综合成材率1.5~3.0%,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the surface condition of plates, effectively control cambers formed while rolling narrow slabs into wide plate, reduce loss in sides and ends cutting, new technique of vertical rolling is developed combining the equipment in Qinhuangdao Shougang Plate Mill Co. ,LTD. In the new technique,ends of slabs are pressed by vertical rolls,revising rolling is adopted on edges of plates. By use of new technique,surface condition of plates are improved ,cutting loss is reduced,the yield of finished products is improved by 1. 5-3. 0%. better results have been achieved.
