关于中国城市交通的文献与政策综述

1978年以来,我国社会经济的发展给城市交通带来诸多挑战.为克服这些挑战,人们开展了研究、政府提出了对策.不过,很少有人把相应研究成果和对策进行比肩对照探究.文章旨在对最重要的一些研究(文献)和政策进行综述和回顾,以探究在城市交通方面,人们(政府)已知的、推荐做的和已做的之间的差距及其改进途径.研究发现,相关政策和研究工作及成果是大量的.但是,已有政策、研究尚有可待改进之处.对此,给出了一些具体建议.

Review of the Literature and Policies on China's Urban Transportation

The rapid socio-economic development since 1978 has posed many chal- lenges to Chinese urban transportation.To deal with the challenges,many explo- rations and policies have been made and formulated.However,little comparison has been made between the researches and policies.The paper is to review and com- pare some of the most important research findings,policy recommendations,and adopted policies.Therefore a better understanding of the achievements,recommenda- tion,gaps and development directions in the field of urban transportation can be provided.The paper also provides some concrete recommendations to the research of urban transportation.
