摘    要:为提高在途货物运输的监控服务水平,基于RFID/GPS/GPRS技术搭建了货物监控与管理系统.该系统包括在途车载终端和物流监控中心两个子系统:在途车载终端基于ARM9和Windows CE的嵌入式系统开发,综合RFID/GPS/GPRS技术,为物流监控中心提供实时、准确的货物在途信息;物流监控中心对接收到的货物信息进行解析并存储于数据库,并通过GIS地图实时显示,为客户提供实时便捷的网络查询.该系统具备友好的人机交互界面,并提供在途货物定位查询功能,解决了在途货物运输实时监控与管理问题.

Abstract:To improve the service level of goods transportation,a RFID/GPS/GPRS-based goods monitoring and management system is established.This system includes two subsystems: the vehicle location system and the logistics monitoring center.Based on the ARM9 and WinCE embedded system,the vehicle terminal integrates RFID/GPS/GPRS technology to provide the logistics monitoring caenter with real-time and accurate goods dynamic information.The logistics monitoring center analyses and stores the goods information in the database,to provide clients with convenient network inquiries.This system has friendly user interface and provides the network inquiries of the GIS map.It solves the issue of the goods transportation monitoring and management.
