| Abstract: | There are many problems in the rights system of l and property in China It is important to make it clear that who have the right s of the land ownership, to perfect the usufruct of the land property, especiall y in plowland. The ideal rights system of land property should be set up on foun dation of the usufruct of the land property, with perfect accessory rights of la nd property, under the permission of the state-ownership of urban land and colle ctive ownership of plowland. |
