摘    要:现代电机要求高速、高效、高功率密度、低脉动转矩,而稀土永磁电机表现出了其局限性。Halbach列是一种磁极磁场呈单边且正弦分布的新型永磁结构。此结构使得电机气隙磁密相对较大,转子轭部磁密相对较小,这有利于减小电机的脉动转矩和体积,提高电机的功率密度和效率。基于ANSYS的有限元分析结果证明了上述结构在保证功率密度的前提下,可以减小电机的质量,增大气隙宽度,极大地改善电机的各种性能。

Abstract:Modern motor needs high speed, high efficiency, high power density and low pulsating torque, Traditional rare earth permanent magnet manifests its limitation. Halbach array is a novel permanent magnet (PM) structure: sinusoidal and one-sided field ,which can cause higher air-gap flux and lower rotor-yoke flux, the result can reduce the volume, the pulsating torque and improve power density, efficiency of permanent magnet motor. Results of element analysis based on ANSYS prove that the new structure can ensurs power density while reduce weight and air-gap width of the motor, which can improve its performance greatly.
