| 摘 要： | 在我国即将加入WTO的时刻，各行各业都既面临着挑战，又面临着难得的发展机遇。就企业而言，则更多的是挑战。为了迎接这一挑战，企业家们必须首先提高和完善自我。本文结合新时期的特点，就企业家所需具备的素质进行了较全面的讨论。
