摘    要:随着电力设备智能化的发展,对设备效能的分析有助于实现变电站的以可靠性为中心的维修和经济运行。文中在研究武器系统效能评估方法的基础之上,对电力二次设备的效能进行评估。采用可用性、可信性和固有能力(ADC)效能评估方法,建立二次设备在运行过程中的可用性、可信性和固有能力3个维度的量化模型。从板卡级别提取指标,建立二次设备固有能力指标体系,形成电力系统二次设备的效能评估模型,并针对智能变电站二次典型设备——合并单元,对模型进行了验证。

Abstract:With the development of intelligent electrical equipment, analysis on equipment effectiveness helps to achieve reliability centered maintenance(RCM)and economic operation of the substation. Based on a study of the weapon system effectiveness evaluation method, the effectiveness of secondary equipment is evaluated. By using the availability, dependability, capability(ADC)effectiveness evaluation method, a quantitative model based on the three indices of secondary equipment during operation is developed. And the inherent ability index system of secondary equipment is established by extracting indicators from the board level. Thus the secondary equipment effectiveness evaluation model is built. Finally, the model is verified through an analysis of the typical secondary equipment of the smart substation(merging unit).
