摘    要:介绍了尼龙66帘线浸胶工艺与设备,胶液配方的进展。着重指出随着节能环保要求的不断提高,在保证粘接力的前提下,浸胶工艺与设备的发展呈现节能、降低劳动强度、降低单位产能投资的趋势,胶液配方则更关注环境友好、降低三废排放等绿色制造要求;务必要深入研究浸胶工艺、设备与胶液配方三者之间的内在联系,从本质上认识胶液与帘线的粘合机理,并结合具体下游应用进行胶液配方开发。

Abstract:The progress of dipping formula, dipping process and dipping equipment of nylon 66 cords is introduced. It is point that, under the premise of adhesion strength without reducing, the development of dipping process and equipment is gradually to the direction of energy-saving, reduce labor intensity and reduce the investment of unit production capacity. The dipping formula require more environmental friendly and less waste emission, with the increasing requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. It is necessary to study on the inherent relationship during dipping process, dipping equipment and dipping formula, so as to understanding the adhesion mechanisms of dipping solution and cord, and eventually, exploring dipping formula combined with the practical application.
