抽油泵能耗测试研究

介绍了在试验台上对Φ44抽油泵能耗及效率的测试方法和测试结果。测试结果表明,抽油泵的机械损失、容积损失及水力损失通常较小,总效率达90％左右,这与计算结果基本一致,因此可用理论计算方法来计算抽油泵的实际能耗。

An Experimental Investigation in the Power Consumption of Sucker Rod Pumps

This article introduces a test and measurement method on a test stand for determining the power consumption and the efficiency of a φ44 sucker rod pump and gives the test data measured. The results show that the mechanical loss, volumetric loss and hydraulic loss of a sucker rod pump are usually in a less degree and the total efficiency remains at the level of about 90 per cent which conforms in the main with the calculated result. It is then proved that the actual power consumption of a sucker rod pump can be determined by theoretical calculation.
