| Abstract: | The innovative application of lean production to power supply companies is discussed through an example case of anti-electric-larceny.It is pointed out the power supply company can carry out lean production in the aspects of work strategy,information management and communication,resource allocation,working process,and incentive mechanism to improve the working efficiency of anti-electric-larceny as well as profits of their main business. |
