摘    要:通过介绍反窃电环节的精益改善实例,探讨精益生产在电网企业的创造性应用.供电企业可以在工作策略、信息管理与沟通、资源配置、工作流程、激励机制、理念和能力等方面进行精益改善,提高反窃电工作效率,并增加主营收入.

Abstract:The innovative application of lean production to power supply companies is discussed through an example case of anti-electric-larceny.It is pointed out the power supply company can carry out lean production in the aspects of work strategy,information management and communication,resource allocation,working process,and incentive mechanism to improve the working efficiency of anti-electric-larceny as well as profits of their main business.
