潘家口抽水蓄能电站水能参数的设计

摘    要:潘家口混合式抽蓄能电站是在原有常规机组基础上,增装抽水蓄能机组的。其水能参数分两期选择。电站投入运行后,常规机组基本达到设计要求,抽水蓄能机组实际发电量超过设计发电指标,并在电力系统中发挥了较大的作用。利用已建水库和电站修建混合式抽水蓄能电站可以节省工程投资,有利于工程的经济论证。如能缩短工期,降低机组造价,在水头变化较小的已建水电站上增设蓄能机组,扩建混合式抽水蓄能电站具良好的前景。

Abstract:The mixed pumped-storage Power plant in Panjiakou was built by installing pumped-storage power generating units based on original conventional units. The hydro-energy parameters were selected at two phrases. After the operation of plant,the conventional units have reached basically the design requirements,and the actural powet output of the pumped-storage Power generating units have exceeded the design output and have played and important role in the opwer netweork. The operation mode of combining the conventional units with pumped-storage power units could increase the capacity benefits. And the construction of mixed pumped-storage power plant based on the completed reservoir and existing hydropower plant could save the project investment and could be favourable to the economic justification of the project,such as the reduction of construction period and the cost of generating units.Therefore,the construction of the mixed pumped-storage power plant on the completed hydro-complex with littlechanges of water head and level will have a bright future.
