Preliminary study on cost share of the first station of the cascade hydropower stations

For Cascade hydropower stations with the main purpose of power genetation,there are several methods to divide the first cascade reservoir cost to be shared by the downstream stations. "Alternative benefit increment and value increment proportional dividing method" takes hydropower as an alternative benefit to calculate comprehensive benefit of rated capacity and annual output. Then the cost is divided according to benefits increase in each station.
