| 摘 要： | 选择合理的资金筹措方案是提高水电开发项目经济效益的重要手段。一个项目建设资金筹措方案的优劣主要取决于其品质因素的优劣。模糊积分评判方法是运用综合评判法对已实施的某些项目建设资金筹措方案的效益进行“后评判”，求出综合评判值，然后由模糊关系方程算出各品质因素的权重，以此拟定方案品质因素的重要性测试，最后依据诸品质因素评分值的模糊积分来进行评判。

| Abstract: | It is important to select the reasonable financing plan for increasing the economic benefits of hydropower development projects. It is characteristic factors that determine the reason of financing plans. The procedures of fuzzy integral evaluation method are: to apply comprehensive evaluation model to assess the economic benefits of financing plans of post-projects, then to calculate the weight of the characteristic factors by the fuzzy relation equations so as to determine the importance of the characteristic factors of proposed plans, and finally to evaluate the proposed plans based on the value of fuzzy integral for evaluation marks of characteristic factors. |
