| 摘 要： | 陶瓷产业发展低碳经济已经成为社会的必然选择,而构建陶瓷低碳经济评价体系是有效开展陶瓷低碳认证和评估的前提工作,但目前陶瓷市场还缺乏一个具有说服力的陶瓷低碳经济的评价或鉴定标准。为此,本文通过近两年的实地调查和理论研究,针对当前形势,结合行业实际,参考有关国家政策、法规和地方条例,初步构建了陶瓷产业低碳经济评价体系框架,作为一种研究成果可为政府部门制定统一的陶瓷行业低碳经济评价和考核标准提供参考。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon manufacturing （LCM） is an inevitable choice for contemporary ceramic enterprises. Constructing frameworks of indicator system for low-carbon economy evaluation of ceramic enterprises is a prerequisite for an effective appraisal and attestation of conformity to accepted LCM standards which are absent, though, at the moment. Based on two years＂ fieldwork and thereotical study, this paper proposes a series of frameworks of indicator system for low carbon economy evaluation of ceramic enterprises in accordance with their current situation, and related state and regional policies, regulations and rules, in order to provide reference for the administration＇s formation of unified low-carbon manufacturing standards in ceramic sector. |
