摘    要:以硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉ZrSiO4@Cd(SxSe1-x)]为色料,长石-石灰混合生料为基釉,研制了一种适用于镁质强化瓷装饰用大红釉,研究了基釉的组成、升温速率、停留时间和燃烧气氛对呈色效果的影响。实验结果显示,该釉在氧化气氛烧成,烧成温度范围在1170~1250℃,釉料呈现鲜艳的大红色,适合用于镁质强化瓷,且完全无铅镉溶出。

Abstract:The red glaze for magnesia porcelain has been developed using ZrSiO4-Cd (SxSel_x) red pigment as a colorant and the raw mixture of lime and alkalis as the base glaze. The influence of the base glaze composition, the heating rate, the retention time and the firing system on the coloring effect has been discussed. The results show that the glaze is fired at 1170-1250℃ in oxidizing atmosphere. The red glaze is applicable to magnesia porcelain decoration without the release of lead and cadmium.
