重结晶碳化硅烧成中碳化硅的分解现象、热力学条件及对蒸发凝聚的影响

摘    要:重结晶碳化硅陶瓷烧成试验采用国内碳化硅微粉,对其烧成后的现象与结果进行分析检测,在热力学分析和试验的基础上得出含有较多杂质的国内碳化硅微粉在重结晶烧成中有显著分解挥发,而且影响碳化硅的蒸发凝聚过程。

Abstract:Sintering experiment of recrystallized silicon carbide was carried out using domestic silicon carbide micropowder.The sintered results were examined after the experiment.Characterization by thermochemistry,EDX and SEM shows that during sintering the domestic silicon carbide micropowder with impurity will decompose to a certain degree and decomposition will influence evaporation and condensation.
