| 摘 要： | 测定鹅绒藤中无机元索含量为其药效学研究以及进一步开发利用积累资料。利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鹅绒藤中钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰、铬、镍的含量。在所测10种元素中，钾、钙、钠、镁为鹅绒藤所含大量冗素，剩余6种为鹅绒藤中微量元素。为鹅绒藤的后续研究及开发应用提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | Determine the inorganic elements especially the trace elements of Mongolian Cynanchum chinese R. Br. for the further development and utilization and pharmacodynamics study accumulation of material. The elements in Mongolian Cynanchum chinese R. Br. were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In the ten elements, po- tassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium are the rich elements in Mongolian Cynanchum chinese R. Br. , the remaining six are trace elements. This research can provide theoretical basis for the follow - up studies on Mongolian Cynanchum Chinese R. Br. |
