国外食品监管模式对我国食品监管的启示

借鉴国内外食品监管模式,针对我国食品安全监管现状,对如何建立完善的食品安全监管体系进行了初步探讨。我国应加大食品安全监管体系建设的投入,将资源有效整合,构建新的食品安全监管行政组织体系,建立行业诚信档案,规范食品供给主体行为,提高食品行业自律,发挥行业协会自治作用,同时加强第三方检测机构建设,提升检测水平。

Revelation of Foreign Food Supervision Mode to Chinese Food Safety Policy

This Paper is based on the analysis of the establishment and development of food safety policy of home and abroad.It is also focused on the research of the development and current situations of Chinese food safety policy,with a general analysis of constructing perfect China＇s food safety system.Enlarge investment dynamics of establishment of food safety incentive system and the government function change as the core perfect our country＇s food safety management mechanism and effective Integration of resources.Process control for food safety,constructing perfect China＇s food safety system and establish food production operators credit system were suggested.Specification for food supply main body behavior and improving the food industry self-regulation and to strengthen the food security industry chamber of commerce roles were aslo showed.Meanwhile the government must strengthen the third party examination organization and improve the detection level.
