摘    要: 本文运用“浅池理论”给出假设条件,推导出浓缩机底流量不可忽略和可忽略两种情况下煤泥颗粒的最小沉降速度公式,并分析煤泥颗粒最小沉降速度的影响因素。在此基础上,对浓缩机入料装置进行改进,改变了入料液流的方式和方向,增加了水平流动层的厚度,稳定了浓缩机入料流态,改善了煤泥颗粒沉降的路线,有效提高了煤泥颗粒沉降速度的稳定性。

Abstract:An assuming condition was made with a "shallow pool theory".An min settling velocity formula of the slime particles was derived under the two conductions of unforgettable and forgettable for the bottom flow of the thickener and the influence factors of the min settling velocity were analyzed for the slime particles.Base on the circumstances,the feeding device of the thickener was reconstructed and the feeding liquid flow way and direction was changed.The thickness of the horizontal flow layer was increased and the feeding flow was stabilized.The route of the slime particle settling was improved and the stability of the settling velocity for the slime particles was effectively improved.
