| 摘 要： | 通过研究国际、国内煤炭市场发展现状及趋势，从国家、区域、企业三个层面，探讨了推动煤炭交易由传统模式向现代模式转变在山西省乃至全国煤炭市场及经济发展方面的重要作用，在此基础上，分析了我国炼焦煤资源储备情况、供应形势及煤炭交易在炼焦煤资源保障过程中的战略地位，提出了建立现代煤炭交易模式的若干措施。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the current situation and development trend of both international and domestic coal market, discussed the meaning of promoting transformation of coal transaction from traditional mode to modern mode from three levels of nation, region and enterprises and probed into the influence of logistics system on guarantee for coking coal resources. |
