摘    要:对某汽车后驱动桥总成进行了传动系台架试验,发现振动频率为165Hz附近存在异常振动区。通过有限元模态计算以及台架约束模态试验确定该频率为后桥一阶弯曲模态频率。针对此共振频率设计了一款最佳调谐的阻尼式动力吸振器,并进行虚拟样机模拟验证和样件实物台架试验效果验证。结果表明:该吸振器减振效果良好,因为实车约束一阶模态频率与台架约束一阶模态频率相近,且该吸振器有效频带较宽,故其在实车上也会具有良好的减振效果。

Abstract:The transmission tests were performed for the rear driving axle of a certain vehicle and it was revealed that there was an abnormal vibration domain at the frequency wear 165 Hz.By the modal analysis with the finite element method and the constraint modal test at the bench,it was found that this frequency is the first order bend mode frequency of the rear axle.An optimally tuned damped dynamic vibration absorber was designed aiming at this resonance frequency.A virtual prototype of the absorber was simulated and a real sample was tested on the bench.The results showed that because the first order constraint mode frequency on the real vehicle is near that at the test bench,and the effective frequency band of the dynamic absorber is wide,the designed absorber will behave well also at the real vehicle.
