摘    要: 运用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对乏风氧化装置内气流流动规律进行数值计算。研究不同导流板安置方式、板形、板长以及导流板数量对流动均匀性的影响。模拟结果表明:末端悬空的导流板对流动均匀性的影响明显好于末段封闭的导流板;弯板对改善氧化床内气流均匀分布的效果最明显,梯形板次之,直板最差;板长也是影响流动均匀性的重要参数之一,全板的流动均匀性最好,导流板相对板长越短,氧化床内气流分布均匀性越差;导流板的数量对流动均匀性也有较大影响,导流板数量越多流动均匀性越好,对应靠近入口处的氧化床内速度也越低。

Abstract:The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was applied to the numerical calculation of the flow law of the inner air flow in the ventilation air oxidized device.The paper had a study on the different layout mode of the deflector,deflector sharp,length and number affected to the flow uniformity.The simulation results showed that the deflector with open end would have obvious influence of the flow uniformity than the deflector with closed end.The bending plate would have the most obvious effect to improve the air flow even distribution within the oxidized bed,the ladder type plate would have secondary effect and the straight plate would have the worst effect.The plate length would be one of the important parameters affected to the flow uniformity and the flow uniformity of the full length plate would be the best.The shorter of the related plate length of the deflector,the worst of the flow uniformity of the air flow distribution within the oxidized bed would be.The number of the deflectors also would have a high influence to the air flow uniformity.The high number of the deflectors,the better the flow uniformity would be and the lower velocity would be near the entrance of the oxidized bed.
