摘    要: 根据(塔)筒体结构及重量因素,进行稳定性、强度等计算分析,选用合适的桅杆、绞车、钢丝绳、吊环等机具,利用桅杆将(塔)筒体各段自上而下依次吊起、组对、焊接、安装,实现大型(塔)筒设备在施工场地狭小情况下的吊装。, 根据(塔)筒体结构及重量因素,进行稳定性、强度等计算分析,选用合适的桅杆、绞车、钢丝绳、吊环等机具,利用桅杆将(塔)筒体各段自上而下依次吊起、组对、焊接、安装,实现大型(塔)筒设备在施工场地狭小情况下的吊装。

Abstract:According to the small and narrow construction site,the emplacement difficulty and other problems in the installation and construction of the benzene washing tower in Henan Tianhong Special Coking Company,a technique of the reversed installationmethod for the tower silo structure was provided.With the calculation and analysis on the stability,strength and others on the tower silo structure and the weight factors,the suitablemast,winch,steel cable,ring and other tools were selected and applied.Themast could be applied to the hoisting,assembling,welding and installation in sequence from the top to bottom at each section of the tower silo structure and thus a safety emplacement of the large tower silo structure could be conducted when the construction site was in a narrow condition.
