摘    要:为了满足羟基磷灰石冷喷涂工艺对微量送粉的要求,开发了超声波送粉系统,并对其送粉原理和送粉能力进行了理论分析和试验研究。研究结果表明:系统送粉能力主要与驱动电源输出的电压和频率、压电陶瓷片的性能和结构参数以及输送管的长度和阻尼系数等因素有关。通过试验,获得了各因素对系统送粉速率的影响规律。本文的送粉系统对羟基磷灰石粉体的最小送粉速率约为0.002g/s,最大送粉速率约为0.25g/s,并且送粉过程响应迅速,可以满足微量送粉的要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of micro-feeding for the hydroxyapatite cold spraying process,an ultrasonic powder-feeding system was developed.Theoretical analysis and experimental research on the powder-feeding principle and capability of the system were performed.The results showed that the feeding capacity of the system is related to the voltage and frequency of the driving power,the performance and structural parameters of the piezoelectric ceramics,the length and damping coefficient of the feeding tube.From the experiments,the effects of the factors on the feeding rate were analyzed and discussed.For the hydroxyapatite powder,the minimum feeding rate of the developed system is about 0.002 g/s and the maximum about 0.25 g/s.The powder feeding process of the system responses rapidly,meeting the micro-feeding requirements.
