华丰煤矿地音监测防冲技术及实践

摘    要: 煤矿深部开采矿井的主要灾害之一冲击地压,对矿井高产高效和人员、设备安全造直接威胁。为了进一步摸清冲击地压发生的前兆信息,基于ARES-5/E地音监测系统在国内煤矿的普及应用,介绍了该系统的监测预报原理、地音探测器的布置方式,研究了地音监测与微震监测、在冲击地压预报中的实时和短时预报的技术优势。通过对地音监测的监测结果数据统计分析,反映了煤岩体在采场采动、上覆岩层运动时,煤岩层的微破裂程度,遭到破坏的能量释放过程。监测结果表明:地音监测能够对冲击事件的发生起到提前预测的作用,地音监测技术的现场使用,以及与微震监测技术的联合应用,将成为冲击危险预测预报更行之有效的手段。

Sound Monitor Preventing and Controlling Impact Geostatic Pressure Technology and Practice in Huafeng Mine
Abstract:Of an impact geostatic pressure coal mine depth portion mining mine pit main disasters, highly effective and the personal security has had the serious influence to the mine pit high production. In order to further find out the omen information which the impact geostatic pressure occurs, based on the ARES-5/E sound monitor system in the domestic coal mine popularization application, introduced this system monitor forecast principle, the sound detector arrangement way, has studied the sound monitor and the microseism monitor, in the impact geostatic pressure forecast real-time and the short-time forecast technical superiority. Through to the place sound monitor monitor result data statistical analysis, had reflected the coal rock mass picks when the stope moves, the overburden movement, the coal rock layer micro breakage degree, is destructed the energy liberation process. The monitor result indicated that,The sound monitor can to attack the function which the event the occurrence forecast ahead of time, the sound monitor technology field use, as well as with the microseism monitor technology union application, will become the impact danger to forecast will forecast a more effective method.
