摘    要:麻疯树籽饼粕是一种潜在的优质植物性蛋白质饲料资源.但其含有毒性成分和抗营养因子,不利于动物对麻疯树籽饼粕中营养物质的吸收和利用,限制了它在饲料工业中的应用.就近年来有关麻疯树籽饼粕营养价值、毒性及抗营养因子、饲用品质改进和深加工方面的研究进行了总结.今后,应进一步探索有效的麻疯树籽饼粕脱毒工艺,加强麻疯树籽蛋白的改性研究,制备功能蛋白,扩大其应用领域,并建立相关的行业标准.
