| 摘 要： | 加强装备发展需求牵引机制建设，对于促进我军装备发展，确保我军有效履行新时期新阶段的历史使命，具有重要的现实意义。通过对作战需求牵引装备发展基本原理的深入分析，提出了作战需求是装备建设的动力和基本依据，同时又对装备发展需求牵引机制的主要特点进行了分析，论述了装备发展需求牵引机制具有系统性和稳定性，提出了完善我军装备发展需求牵引机制建设的几点思考。

| Abstract: | Strengthening mechanism construction based on the requirement of equipment development is of great practical significance to the rapid smooth development of military equipment and the accomplishment of historical missions in the new stage of the 21st century.According to the thorough analysis on the basic theory of the operations requirement based on equipment development,the paper puts forward that operations requirement is the motivation and basis of equipment construction.At the same time,it analyzes its main characteristics and has systematization and stablization.Finally,the paper gives the author's reflections on improvement of the PLA mechanism construction based on the requirement of equipment development. |
