| 摘 要： | 广东电网作为南方电网在2005年7月1日开始试行控制性能标准(CPS)考核的一个主体,从南方电网CPS考核试运行中摸索了调节经验。为此,从提高广东电网CPS合格率的目的出发,介绍了CPS的特点,分析了现阶段广东电网在CPS考核中出现的问题,并在电网控制策略上提出了改进措施,为CPS正式考核打下了基础。

| Abstract: | As one of the examinees of the control performance standard(CPS) assessment in China southern power grid since July 1,2005,Guangdong power grid has accumulated some regulation experience from the trial CPS assessment.In order to improve the CPS pass rate of Guangdong power grid,this paper introduces the character of CPS,analyzes the problems of Guangdong power grid in the CPS assessment at present,and brings forward the proposal about how to mend the electricity network control strategy,thus laying a good foundation for formal CPS assessment. |
