| Abstract: | Introduced the definition of safety information and its main classification simply, the paper analyses closed-loop management about safety information flow. A new kind of safety information management technology-Safety Information Management System(SIMS) is proposed to instruct safety production for petrochemical pipeline. Furthure, SIMS lays a sound foundation for scientific Decision Suppprt System(DSS) for safety production and management of petrochemical pipeline. |
