| 摘 要： | 通过对LED电气特性分析,根据其工作特点设计了一种以HV9910B为核心的市电供电PWM工作模式高效白光LED驱动电路。通过理论计算和实验测量,确定了电路的工作频率,测试结果表明,该驱动电路工作电压范围宽、恒流输出,转换效率超过85%。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the electrical characteristics of LED and its work characteristics,a high power efficiency PWM mode white LED driver circuit based on the HV9910B chip is designed,and the operating frequency of the circuit is determined through theoretical calculations and experimental measurements.Test results show that the driver circuit has a wide operating voltage range,constant current output,and a conversion efficiency of over 85%. |
