钢包吹氩透气砖结瘤的岩矿相分析

摘    要:以偏、反光显微镜较详细地分析了马钢一钢厂平炉炼钢盛钢桶吹氩透气砖结瘤的矿物组成和显微结构;并查明透气砖在使用中,由于粘结了残纲和残渣,形成莫来石相。Ti 化合物促进莫来石的结晶长大,是造成透气砖结瘤和透气性不良的重要原因。提出防止结瘤的主要措施是控制砖体中的 Ti 与渣中的 SiO_2和 Fe_2O_3的含量。

Abstract:Using the micropolariscope mineral composition and microstructure of the tuberculation on the permeable brick for blowing argon into the hot metal produced in MISC open-hearth furnace are investigated,And we detected that the mullite phase is formed ewing to sticking of remained steel and slag and the Titanium makes the crystal of mullite grow-up.This is the important reason why the brick forms tuberculation and has poor permeability.The main mea- sures of preventing from tuberculation are to control Titanium content in the brick and SiO_2 and Fe_2O_3in the slag.
