摘    要:介绍了宝钢特钢事业部酸洗生产线的工作原理、生产现状以及环境影响,重点介绍了对酸洗设备以及相关辅助设备的优化方案。通过生产使用发现,此次对酸洗线中送料系统、密封系统、辅助系统和废气处理系统的优化,达到了改善周边大气和水体环境的效果。数据表明,新生产线工业场所有害因素和废气中各项污染物质排放含量低于相关标准6成以上,同时每年可降低生产成本200多万元。

Abstract:This paper describes the working impact of the pickling line in Special Steel optimization scheme for the pickling line and principle, production status and environmental Division, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The auxiliary equipment is focused. It was found in production that the optimization of the feeding, sealing, auxiliary and exhaust gas treatment systems played an active role in improvement of the surrounding atmospheric and water environments. The data show that the new production line has reduced various harmful factors and pollutants in exhaust gas. Compared with the standards, the pollutants have been reduced by more than 60%, and the production line can reduce production cost by 2 million yuan each year.
