酸性电解体系中汽油电化学催化氧化脱硫动力学研究

摘    要:以负载量为5%的椰壳活性碳载CeO2为粒子群阳极,以铜片为阴极,以不同浓度的Ce2( SO4)3溶液为电解液,以体积分数为20% H2SO4为支持电解液,以乙硫醇、甲硫醚和噻吩为模型硫化物,考察了汽油在该酸性电解体系中发生电化学催化氧化脱硫反应的动力学.研究表明,在该电解体系中,硫化物发生电化学催化氧化反应的活化能顺序为:硫醇>硫醚>噻酚,说明电化学氧化法更有利于脱除噻酚类硫化物.

Abstract:The tests used coconut shell activated carbon loaded by 5wt.% CeO2 as anode and copper powder as cathode in the acidic Ce2(SO4)3 electrolyte which supported by 20 vol.% H2SO4.Desulfurization was carried out using ethanethiol,methyl-thioethers and thiophene as model sulfur compounds.The dynamics of desulfurization reaction was also analyzed and discussed.The results confirmed that the activation energy(Ea) order as follows: ethanethiol〉methyl-thioethers〉thiophene in this acid electrolyte.This also can deduce that the thiophene sulfure removal more easily than other kind of sulfide by the method of electrochemical catalytic oxidation method.
